I'm just baffled, like twilight zone baffled. You insisted on providing the worst made Fruit of the Loom shirts I've ever seen. Im guessing you got them practically free because I know none of them would pass a legitimate quality inspection. Every shirt had at least one issue of a crooked collar, a twisted body, uneven sleeves, etc. None of them were symmetrical and we discussed this. Since you took a ruler to every single shirt after we printed them, I don't understand how you haven't realized this is your main problem. Also, all DTG is done by hand, just as screen printing is done by hand and all other custom methods are done by hand. Yes we use machines but this is a craft led by humans no matter where you take your business. We are the best DTG printers in Denver with the highest standards and being perfectionists we would have never elected to work on the shirts you provided. In fact, without human analysis on each print they would have been much worse. I wish I could post pictures here because most of those shirts are visually as perfect as they could possibly be given what we had to work with. (And no, we don't consider an inch off as perfect!) These shirts are impossible to mathematically center a print on. Some were so twisted I had to put them on to mark where the best "center" would be! We printed a bunch of extra shirts at no cost for you so that we could be done with this, but now you are leaving us a bad review after we went above and beyond. Im not sure why youre choosing to be so dishonest and take your frustration out on us, but I do know it cant be good karma!

I am posting this, so others don't have to go through what I did. I want to first start off with praising them for their communication. It was very good. However, I do want to warn anybody that is wanting DTG printing(direct to garment), not to go through igors. They do all of their DTG by hand, which leaves A TON of room for error, and about 30% of my t shirts were off centered. So badly that I couldn't sell them. They did make it right, and re did them for me free of charge... which I appreciated... But I would NEVER go back there for DTG. And I would highly recommend they try and have higher standards for professional work. They said that an inch off was standard for dtg? Crazy. EDIT - Shirts sold out.. But for anybody looking at reviews... I think their response shows you guys everything you need to know.

Hi, this is Igor. I looked up your order and it was done five years ago! I'm not sure why you would give us a one star review two weeks ago, at the height of the Pandemic for a job done five years ago. There's not much I can do for you now. I could have fixed it then if you had asked me to. I do remember it looking amazing, though. Feels like a gut punch:/

Very talented, but I took my item to be painted over there, a fabric cart for my bike, wanted the word Electra painted on the back. showed him exactly how the lettering should be. He did a totally different lettering... just completely disregarded what I had asked for... no way to fix it unless I buy a new cart for $200.. Not a good experience

If I could give this SORRY, TRIFLING, BASTARD, LESS THAN 1 STAR I would! Brought him a Graduation cap to customize, a week and some change before my graduation, came back to pick it up, and the graduation hat was in THE SAME EXACT SPOT AS WHEN I LEFT! LAZY joker ain't do a doggone thing. It wasn't POOR SERVICE, it was NON existent service.
